A habit is easier to keep when someone else can see it. Track yours alongside people you know, log proof of the days you showed up, and let the record accumulate.
This week
How it works
One friend, or a group. Pick the habits you are all going to keep.
Mark the day done. Add a photo if you want it on the record. The timestamp comes from the image, not from you.
Points for the days you showed up, weighted by how hard the habit is. The ranking follows from that.
Duos or groups, shared habits, one ranking. Difficulty is weighted, so a hard habit counts for more than an easy one.
Log a completion with a picture. The capture time is read from the file, not from when you got round to uploading it.
Weekly and monthly completion, per habit. Enough to notice a slump while it is still a slump.
A running journal per habit. Most useful later, when you have forgotten what was working.
Missing once is an accident. The app is built around not letting it become two.
What is actually known about habit formation, with every source named.
It works better with someone else in it. Start with one person and see what the record says in a month.
